“Recently my wife and I opened a trade school and wanted to decorate it in a special way. We wanted our walls to be stylish but also show case our San Diego lifestyle to all our students. The artist/photographer that came to mind was Jay Manning. We chose Jay because his images of San Diego are amazing. Not to mention that he’s a good dude and is a great ambassador for our community.  The picture we purchased was “scripps pier fire” . We chose this particular picture because scripps pier is where we all surf as a family and the sunset he captured that day was magnificent. We weren’t very knowledgeable of the whole printing process but Jay took the time to show us the different finishes along with the sizes of the print for the room we had in mind. We are super happy with our photograph and can’t wait for the next one to go up!”
